The 30th Project

Our first new build home! We bought a home on a quiet street in the heart of Spokane’s South Hill surrounded by great schools, wonderful parks, near the hospitals, and lots of restaurants. Unfortunately the small home that was on the property had suffered a house fire and was not salvageable, so we decided to clear the lot and start from scratch. It took us nearly a year from the time we broke ground until it hit the market, but the process was incredible. We loved watching our vision for a functional, beautiful, and efficient modern home come together. Here are some images of the finished home.
